We want to make it clear though that this is by no means a way of avoiding tax. However by having someone on your side to ensure that all properly deductible expenses and all the appropriate allowances are claimed by you, you will minimise your tax bill.

Before becoming a Client of APJ Oil & Gas Resources, we will discuss your contract with you and advise you on the structure that is most beneficial to you. We will provide you with detailed advice as to the benefits that are available to you and we will complete your tax return accordingly. In the meantime, we will pay you either weekly or monthly depending on the terms of your Contract ensuring that you are paid what you’ve earned.

All in all, think of it as having a Financial Personal Assistant at hand whenever you need them bringing peace of mind allowing you to get on with the job in hand. 



As a guideline, the following is a general outline of the service that we will provide.

• Once you instruct us, we will contact and sign a contract with your recruitment agency
• You sign an Agreement with us
• You submit your timesheets (and expenses where applicable) to us
• We will invoice your agency for the work you have done, either weekly or monthly depending on the contract
• We receive the funds from your agency
• You receive your money on the same day after the deduction of applicable tax, NI contributions (which will have been discussed with you in detail) and the service fee
• We send you a payslip for your salary

What you can expect for the service fee: 



• Immediate payment on receipt of funds
• A payslip for the amount that you are paid, showing all tax and NI contributions
• A dedicated contact who will partner you throughout the full term of the contract
• Your annual self-assessment return, prepared and filed with HMRC and all required payments made on your behalf
• Unlimited face to face meetings
